What we assess
We check the invoice, packing list, contract, product description and manufacturer information. We review HS classification, country of origin and documentation demonstrating compliance with prohibitions and restrictions. We agree on missing information and arrange preparation of certificates, declarations or other approval documents.
We coordinate with a customs representative included in the official register. The representative handles declarations within the agreed contract. PLANCK coordinates technical and approval documentation, explanatory information and document handover. Scope and responsibilities are agreed before clearance begins.
What to prepare
- Contract, invoice and packing list
- Product description, models, composition and intended use
- Transport documents if available
- Importer, manufacturer and country-of-origin information
- Existing certificates, declarations and permits
What you receive
An agreed customs-clearance document package and support with technical specifications and approval questions. Clearance status is confirmed with the customs representative; release is decided by the customs authority.
