Scope of application
Order No. 435 of 9 June 2023 established the technical regulation on the safety of buildings, structures, construction materials and products. We check the mandatory certification list in Appendix 4, the declaration list in Appendix 5 and subsequent amendments.
What we assess
We establish scope boundaries, exclusions and overlaps with other requirements, then determine the assessment route, evidence, tests and mandatory documentation.
Before selecting a route, we check the current text, effective date, transitional provisions and exclusions. Listing a regulation does not mean it already applies to every product in that category.
