How the PLANCK website uses data and how to manage your choices.
Contacting PLANCK
For website and data enquiries, contact Post@plank.kz. Our office is at 230 Zharokov Street, Block D, Floor 8, Office 76, Almaty, Kazakhstan. This website has no document upload form. When contacting us by email or WhatsApp, you choose what information to send.
Website analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and services interest visitors and where visits come from. Analytics measures page views and clicks on WhatsApp, phone and email links. A click does not mean that a message was sent or an order was placed.
Data sent to analytics
After consent, Google receives technical visit data: page address and title, referral source, browser and device information, approximate region, interaction time and type, and cookie identifiers. Our analytics events do not send correspondence, documents, entered search queries, or a visitor’s name, phone or email. Advertising personalisation and advertising data sharing are disabled. Google may process data outside Kazakhstan.
Your choice
Google Analytics does not load before consent. You can accept, decline or change your choice through “Analytics settings” at the bottom of any page. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to six months. If you withdraw consent, new events are blocked, analytics cookies are removed, and the page reloads. This does not delete previously sent data. Core website functions work without analytics.
Hosting and external services
To operate and protect the website, PS.kz hosting may retain technical request logs, including IP address, requested path, time and response status. Email, WhatsApp, Google Maps and 2GIS links lead to external services governed by their own data practices. For access, correction or deletion enquiries about data you provided to PLANCK, contact Post@plank.kz.
